Yumin Kim
Research Assistant

Yumin Kim completed her medical education at Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea, where she earned a double degree in Medicine and Economics. She developed her research skills through work at a global health research lab and a private company that supports clinical research, both located in Korea. Yumin then began a Masters in Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, concentrating on Global Health and Maternal and Child Health, and joined the Global AIM Lab in 2023. She is passionate about improving child health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries through innovative and cost-effective interventions. Yumin started working with the Global AIM Lab as part of a WHO project on young infant infection guideline development. After graduating from Harvard in 2024, she plans to continue working with the Lab as a full-time research assistant.
